They're a fun little distraction, and more importantly, they're key to grabbing some unique cosmetic items and even working towards certain achievements. Don't worry, it's pretty straightforward once you know the drill!

Where to Find Them:

You'll find a total of two claw machines in the game, one on each of the main islands. They're usually located near garages or other points of interest, so keep an eye out as you explore.

How to Play:

To get started, you'll need to deposit a 'Trophy' into the box on the front of the machine. Don't stress about the rarity of the Trophy; any one will do and will grant you three attempts at the claw.

You can snag Trophies from various challenges like Race, Shooting Range, and Diving Challenges scattered throughout the world. Once you've deposited your Trophy, the real fun begins!

Controlling the Claw:

This part is just like any other claw machine you've probably encountered. You'll need to carefully maneuver the claw to position it over your target.

• First, you'll control its movement right. Press [X] to make it move right, and press [X] again when it's in the desired position.
• Next, you'll control its movement forward. Press [X] again to make the claw move forward, and then [X] one more time to stop it.

Once you've stopped it in the perfect spot, the claw will descend. Your main goal here is to grab the gold orbs. These contain the cosmetic items you're after, and some of them are pretty neat!

What to Aim For:

While there are other orbs inside that contain Trophies (which you could potentially use to play again), your main focus should be on those gold orbs. They're what you need for those sweet cosmetic unlocks. Plus, one of these cosmetics is the Umbrella Hat, which is a requirement for the 'Fashion Faux-Pas' trophy/achievement. So, if you're a completionist, these machines are a must-visit!
