Play through the entire chapter without getting hit by any enemies or environmental hazards.

The achievement should unlock upon successful completion of the chapter.

Tips

Focus on evasion and dodging rather than direct combat.
Utilize the jump-heavy attack for its speed and damage, as it can be performed almost instantly.
If you struggle with a particular section, consider restarting the chapter.
Experiment with different weapons if the starting ones prove too difficult, though the starting sword and gun are generally sufficient.
