    Once you're through the secret passage, you'll be in a wooden hallway. Just run down it and shoot the bandits waiting at the bottom of the stairs. Most of them will scatter, so take your time heading down the stairs and pick them off as they show themselves. There's another health pack dropped by one of them, so grab that, and then head through the door on the left at the end of the room.

    Now, when those three bandits appear across from where you entered from the secret passageway, don't engage them head-on. Instead, run back to the secret passageway and hug that doorframe again. You can pick them off safely from there. Once they're all dealt with, another cutscene will play.

    After that, Annie shows up with the keys to the mansion and will stick with you. Your next objective is to find Buffalo Soldier.

    Follow Annie out the door and stick close to the right wall. There are three bandits in the next section of the hallway. Annie's pretty capable, but keep your gun ready in case they get too close. Just run through the next part of the hallway, and get ready, because two boss fights are about to kick off.

  • Don't be afraid to use dynamite if you have it; it can clear out a room full of enemies quickly.
  • Hugging cover, especially doorframes, is your best friend in these early sections. It gives you a safe vantage point.
