Open the garage door and proceed through the busted gate.

When the last of the lower-level Demons is defeated, more Demons, including a Brute, will exit an elevator. Defeat them and open the elevator door.

Begin crawling up the wall. Demons will appear at three different floors. Crawl up to their location and tap Square to eliminate them.

Near the top, Web Zip through a vent, then another.

Continue crawling up a longer wall, using stealth to eliminate Demons that appear through openings.

At the top, Zip through two more vents.

You'll encounter more wall crawling with firebombs thrown from above and crushing elevators. Run up the wall, moving left to avoid firebombs and falling elevators.

Head back to the center and enter another vent.

Two Demons will approach. Wait for the first to pass, then perform a perch takedown on the second. Eliminate the remaining Demon.

Return to the ceiling beams and move to the left side of the penthouse. Use perch takedowns to eliminate all enemies, including the Brute and those exiting the elevator, without being detected. Use R3 to locate enemies and confirm it's safe to attack.

Once all enemies are webbed up, approach the CFO. A Demon swordsman will charge as you try to open the door. Dodge his attack and counter to defeat him.
