It's pretty straightforward, but knowing what each option does can save you a lot of headaches later on.

Sign Up New Player

This is where the magic happens if you want to add some fresh faces to your squad. You get to create a player from scratch – pick their name, position, height, all that good stuff. After you've set them up physically, you'll run them through a series of drills. These drills are key because they determine the player's actual stats. The specific drills you do will change depending on the position you chose, so be ready for that. It's a great way to add players who aren't in the game by default, or even make a virtual version of yourself!

Practice Event

Ever wanted to just mess around with the drills you use for creating players? This is the place! You can jump into any of those training drills here just for fun. Some of them are actually pretty entertaining. Quick tip: if you've got a turbo controller, some of these events become a breeze.

Trade Players

This is your go-to for shuffling players between teams. Want to swap your backup QB for their star defensive end? This is how you do it. Just keep a couple of things in mind: you're limited by the game's memory (SRAM space) and each team's salary cap. Also, you can only trade players of the same position, and you can't trade two players for just one. It's a one-for-one deal, position-wise.

Reset Rosters

Use this option with caution! It basically undoes every single change you've made to your team's rosters. If you've spent hours tweaking your lineup and suddenly regret it, this will take you back to the default setup. Definitely double-check before you hit that button.

Delete Players

This one's specifically for getting rid of players you've created yourself. Made a mistake during player creation? Got terrible results in a training event? Or maybe you're just running out of memory space for new players? This is how you clear them out.
