Unlocking Characters & Machines

Unlock Playable Characters: While Kirby is the default character, King Dedede and Meta Knight can be unlocked by achieving specific goals within the game, often related to completing modes or collecting items.

Unlock Air Ride Machines: Many Air Ride Machines are unlocked by playing through the various modes. The City Trial mode is particularly important, as collecting Air Ride Machine parts scattered throughout the city is the primary way to unlock new machines.

Master City Trial: This mode is crucial for unlocking content. Focus on collecting City Trial items, especially Air Ride Machine parts, and aim for high scores. The better you perform, the more likely you are to unlock new machines and potentially characters.

Utilize Copy Abilities: Copy Abilities can be found on the field or inhaled from enemies. These abilities can significantly help in races and City Trial, allowing for faster traversal or combat, which can indirectly lead to unlocking content by improving performance.
