- 1Waves 1-10: Place your first Gun Tower in the central grid square of the looping pathways. Upgrade this tower as a priority. Then, place three more Gun Towers to cover all parts of the central looping system.
- 2Waves 11-20: Cover the key pathway twists and turns. Sell the central Gun Tower for $38 and replace it with a Flamethrower Tower. Upgrade this Flamethrower to level 3, then place a Slow Tower on the corner of the bridge and pathway.
- 3Waves 21-30: Once existing towers are fully upgraded, save up for a Hive Tower and place it on the top right-hand corner of the 4-square area near both entrances. This tower will weaken enemies from either entrance.
- 4Waves 31-40: Place a Slow Tower strategically for maximum effect. Save cash to buy and place a Tesla Tower directly below the Hive Tower to handle plane attacks from the left entrance.
- 5Waves 41-50: Place another Slow Tower beside the left entrance to assist the Tesla Tower. Upgrade the Gun Tower to the right of the Flamethrower into another Flamethrower Tower. Place a Tesla Tower beside this new Flamethrower.
- 6Waves 51-60: Upgrade the northernmost Gun Tower into a Flamethrower Tower and upgrade it to level 3. Place a Laser Tower at the end of the left-hand entrance and upgrade it as soon as possible.
- 7Waves 61-70: Your defenses are now very strong. Add more towers as desired. If playing Endless Mode, place a Laser Tower at the exit to minimize enemy escapes.
