Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy throws you into a supernatural thriller where you play as Lucas Kane, a man who commits a murder under mysterious circumstances and is now being hunted by the police. You'll navigate intense chase sequences, manage Lucas's sanity, and unravel the cryptic mystery of the Oracle, all while trying to survive and understand your own burgeoning psychic abilities. It’s a narrative-driven adventure that demands quick reflexes and careful decision-making.

This guide is here to help you through every step of Lucas's perilous journey. We’ll cover how to manage Lucas's mental state, find all the essential story items, and navigate the game's diverse platforms. Whether you're aiming to master the controls or simply want to uncover every secret, this guide provides the walkthrough and tips you need to conquer the challenges ahead.

A little tip:

Struggling with the infamous fence climb in Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy? This guide breaks down the tricky analog stick mechanic, helping you master Lucas's escape.

Okay, this is probably the hardest part of the whole chapter, and maybe even the whole game. Remember that fence you had to climb in an earlier chapter? Yeah, it’s back. There’s no other way around it – you just have to get through this.

But don’t worry, there’s a proper way to climb this fence. If you can get the hang of the right method, you’ll understand the concept and probably make your way through much more easily. It’s tough to describe in words, but I’ll do my best.

You’ll notice a moving dot on the icon when you interact with the fence. Your goal is to follow the path this dot takes. Start from the center of the icon (where it always begins) and use your analog stick to trace the dot’s path as quickly as you can.

For each icon you successfully navigate, the dot’s pattern will change. You need to be quick and follow the dot precisely for Lucas to get past each section of the fence.

For example, imagine the dot’s path looks like this:

_S__
| |
|__/

In this illustration, ‘S’ marks where you start – the middle of the icon. From there, the dot moves right and then arcs downwards, eventually returning to the center. This pattern will change for every section of the fence. It might go up, left, down, or anywhere within the icon’s boundaries. Just keep following that dot!

I hope this helps. Now, let’s get back to the main walkthrough.

Note: This implies to the pole you'll be climbing soon as well.

Walkthrough for Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy. Guide Lucas through fences, climbing, and hiding from Tyler in Tiffany's apartment. Includes item locations and mental health tips.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Navigate through two sets of fences, avoiding the crow to preserve Mental Health.
  2. 2
Wait for the two policemen to look away before rushing to cover on the other side.
  3. 3
Climb fences using the Analog stick, maintaining focus to avoid falling (game over).
  4. 4
At the top, move along the edge to the other side, navigating through Quick Time Events (QTEs).
  5. 5
Climb down using the same technique as climbing up.
  6. 6
Pass a third fence to reach the back of the apartment. Open the second window by completing a long Left/Right (L&R) Meter sequence.
  7. 7
If the L&R sequence fails, use a brick to break the window.
  8. 8
Enter the bedroom, interact with the bed to rest for a short QTE and cut-scene.
  9. 9
Proceed to the kitchen, grab a sandwich and drink from the fridge, and collect food from the cabinets (one contains a Bonus Card [+5]).
  10. 10
Interact with the TV remote near the couch to turn on the TV and gain Mental Health points.
  11. 11
Go to the bathroom and find an extra life near the sink.
  12. 12
A cut-scene will play when Tiffany returns. If you had sex with her previously, you can give her a kiss for an extra 10% Mental Health.
  13. 13
Police (Tyler) arrive; hide quickly. Recommended spots: outside the bedroom window, Tiffany's dressing cabinet, under the living room table, or the living room closet. Avoid hiding under the bed or in the bathroom. QTEs will interrupt hiding to prevent Tyler from finding Lucas. Failing a QTE twice results in game over; failing once affects Mental Health.
  14. 14
    Tyler leaves, ending the chapter.
