Chapter 22

Path – Forget to Lock the Door: Do not lock the door. Walk forward and unpack bags. Use the window cutter on the back window.

Employee Interrupts: As soon as the window cutter is attached, an employee will enter the room. You have three options:

• Use Alibi: Choose ALIBI, then North stuns the employee.

Stall: Choose STALL.

Draw Gun: Choose DRAW GUN to automatically stun the employee. This leads to 'Leave Employee to be Found'. Continue cutting the window.

Path – Lock the Door: This path is straightforward and automatic from this point. North calls Cradle, prepare to cut glass, attach the rope, ascend the tower, reach the top floor, and cut the glass.

Security Blocks the Way: Two security guards are at a desk. You have two main options:

• Attack: Choose ASSAULT.
  • Draw Gun: Approach guards and draw your gun.

Shoot Guard on Phone: Shoot the guard on the left. The other guard will shoot Simon.

Shoot Guard Drawing Weapon: Shoot the guard on the right. Simon will NOT be shot.

Alert Central Security: This happens if you let guards call for backup.

Security Suspects Something: Pick ASSAULT but do nothing when approaching. North attacks.

Simon Damaged: Pick ASSAULT and shoot the guard on the phone. Simon gets hurt.

Ruse: Choose RUSE and draw your gun to scare guards. Incapacitate them by pressing square.

Broadcast Room: After dealing with guards, you gain access. 'Ring to Enter', 'North and Josh Threaten the Operator', and 'Operator Tries to Escape' happen automatically.

• Shoot Operator: If the operator tries to run, shoot him to prevent an alarm. This decreases public opinion of androids but does not affect the SURVIVORS trophy.

Don’t Shoot Operator: Choose SPARE when he runs. Backup will arrive after the broadcast.

Deal with Android Operators: Point Markus's gun at them to make them step aside.

Prepare to Broadcast: The broadcast is automatic. Choose your speech from the following options: Begin Calmly, Begin Determinedly, Demand Recognition, Demand End of Slavery, Demand Equal Rights, Demand Free Speech, Demand Justice, Demand End to Segregation, Demand Right to Work, Demand Universal Suffrage, Demand Right to Own Property, Demand Means of Reproduction, Demand Territory, End Peacefully, End Determinedly.

SWAT Storms the Room: This happens if you chose to SPARE the operator.

• Simon Damaged: This is a direct result of SWAT arriving.

Leave Simon: Choose to leave Simon to be killed by SWAT. This achieves 'Simon is Killed' and will not get you the SURVIVORS trophy.

Save Simon: Take Simon to the roof. Press button prompts quickly to achieve 'Simon Saved'. Failing prompts results in 'Fail to Save Simon'.

Leave Broadcast Room: If the operator did not sound the alarm, escape the building without hassle.

Roof: You end up on the roof. Decide Simon's fate. He will be injured if you did not shoot the operator.

Simon Can’t Continue: This occurs if you chose ASSAULT and shot the guard on the phone, or if you SPARED the operator and backup was called. Get Simon to the roof.

• Leave Simon: Choose to leave Simon behind alive. He will hide from the police in the next chapter. Connor may find him.
