Pandemonium [BOSS4]

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Weak Point: Pan's Shield (must be destroyed before attacking Pan directly)
• Damage Type: Arrows to shield, Sword to Pan

Phases:

1. Phase 1 (0-2 Hits): Pan spawns exploding notes and attacks with arrows.
2. Phase 2 (1-2 Hits): Pan adds horizontal electricity waves.
3. Phase 3 (2-4 Hits): Pan adds falling musical notes from the top.
4. Phase 4 (4 Hits): Pan is defeated, triggering a final sequence.

Strategy:

• Opening Moves: Pan will start by spawning five exploding notes in patterns. Stay near the middle of the room directly below Pan and keep firing arrows at its shield. The third note in each pattern is aimed at the center, so be ready to strafe left or right to avoid it.
• Mid-Fight Adjustments: After the first hit, Pan will start alternating between spawning exploding notes and sending a horizontal wave of electricity across the screen. These beams hit every other column. Your best bet is to stay in the middle column directly beneath Pan, continuing to shoot arrows at its shield while the electricity passes harmlessly by.
• Advanced Patterns: Once Pan takes two hits, it will introduce a third attack pattern: firing musical notes down from the top of the room like arrows. As soon as you see this pattern coming, get to the center directly beneath Pan and stay put. Moving around during this attack will cause an extra arrow to be fired down the middle, but staying in the center is otherwise safe.
• Finishing Blow: After Pan has taken four hits, it will be defeated. This triggers a final phase where Leit is cast asleep.
• Important Note: When shooting Pan's shield, try to maintain a distance. Shooting the shield while you're right next to Pan will deal damage to Leit. Only move in close to attack Pan directly with your sword when its shield is completely down. The shield will only stay down for a short window after being shot five times, so be quick!
